Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As per Australian consumer law we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" on products purchased.
Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:
- Received what you ordered but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
- Misused a product in any way that caused the problem or fault.
RETURNS ON FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you suspect an item in your product is faulty, please send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can confirm details of the fault. Please include your Order ID#, the Item number or Item numbers you wish to return. Products damaged in transit must be reported to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We strongly advise that you do not open the package in the event that it appears to have been damaged in transit.
Your product, including all items, will be requested to be sent back to Light My Bricks HQ. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once the product has been received it will assessed to confirm the fault and you will be contacted via email to organise a refund or replacement.

You are responsible for the payment of postage costs to return your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure that we will definitely receive the product you are returning it is highly recommended that use postage with a tracking service.
