It’s best to check everything right away—sometimes smaller items may shift during transit and can be overlooked in the box.

Please keep all the original packaging—boxes, bags, inserts, you name it—until you’re completely happy with your order. If something’s missing or needs swapping, having everything together makes it easier for us to help.

Inspect your goodies gently and take extra care not to damage the packaging as you unpack.
Step 4: Save your invoice or packing slip
Keep your invoice or packing slip handy! It helps us quickly track down your order info if you ever need support. You can also refer to the order confirmation number we emailed you.
